This Library houses printed technical reports prepared for the Commission. The Library is located in the New Mexico Water Resources Research Institute (Stucky Hall) on the New Mexico State University Campus, Las Cruces, New Mexico. The reports are NOT available for checkout, but can be accessed during regular business hours of the Institute.

In additon, copies of these publications are also housed at the El Paso Water Utilities Offices, El Paso, Texas.
